It has been a LONG time since my last post... 2 years! It’s been a strange two years to say the least. We have had to readjust our lives and things have been lost along the way. I have been talking to some of my mama friends who are desperate f

It’s been a little bit since I have posted, so I wanted to pop in and give a NOURISH update. After a lot of back and forth... I have decided to take a year off retreat planning and focus on some other things. This doesn’t mean I won&rsquo

Missing this group of women so much. This powerful manifestation session hosted by @jessiedelowe was such a highlight of the retreat. I feel so grateful for this hour spent on the beach with these beautiful humans.... it was so life giving.

It is really hard getting back in the swing of things after hosting NOURISH, but looking at the beautiful tablescape and remembering the beautiful group of women I had the honor of sharing it with helps. I’m determined to get back in the groove
